Owner Randy Schettini studied business administration in college. After developing an interest in the landscape field, he switched to and completed courses at the North Jersey Institute of Applied Horticulture, an affiliate of Rutgers. He also received training in irrigation and low-voltage lighting systems before starting R Schettini Landscape Services, LLC in 1976.
With over 40 years of experience, the business has acquired the capabilities to handle just about any project. Our mission is to provide a superior level of personal service to our clients and establish long-term relationships by exceeding expectations and gaining trust through exceptional performance by every team member.

Project manager David Hudock has been with the company for over 12 years. He holds a degree in environmental design and is instrumental in bringing our plans to reality. David is involved in the design phase of every project, which ensures every segment of your project is correctly interpreted and implemented.
